Miami, FL – February 5, 2016 – Housing Works celebrated its inaugural Design on a Dime Miami benefit in the Miami Design District hosted by “The Insider” anchor Louis Aguirre. The three-day fundraising event kicked off with a chairman’s preview evening. The benefit brought together the world’s top interior designers, notable philanthropists and LGBTQ influencers/TV personalities all with a common goal of raising funds and awareness for Housing Works’ national campaign to end the AIDS epidemic in the U.S. by 2025. Guests enjoyed custom cocktails by Chateau D’Esclans Whispering Angel, Hendrick’s Gin and Milagro Tequila as they were given a ‘first look’ at the designer room vignettes before the opening sale the next day.
