Miami Beach, FL – September 29, 2011 – Sultan & Ned Shepard took over the DJ booth at Arkadia on Thursday providing an artistic spin on the traditional DJ set. The crowd loved the music played and the glow sticks and necklaces were the perfect accessory for the dancing bunch.
