Jaya, which means “victory” in Sanskrit, brings a diverse palette to its patrons featuring regional specialties from Southeast and Northern Asian cultures. With Executive Chef Mathias Gervais at the kitchen’s helm, Jaya offers the latest in Miami’s culinary boom, celebrating authentic dishes not found elsewhere on South Beach.
