The Andy Warhol Museum Celebrates Michael Chow: Voice For My Father

Miami Beach, FL – December 2, 2015 – The Andy Warhol Museum hosted a dinner in celebration of Michael Chow and his forthcoming exhibition at the museum at Mr Chow South Beach. Titled Michael Chow: Voice For My Father, the exhibition commemorates Chow’s father, Zhou Xinfang, grandmaster of Beijing Opera and a national treasure of China. Guests such as Julian and Vito Schnabel, Russell Simmons, Aby Rosen, Alberto Mugrabi, Noah Horowitz, Brett Gorvy, Michael Govan, Mario Testino, Stefano Tonchi, and Paris Hilton were welcomed by a monumental painting by Mr. Chow, in addition to works by artists such as Peter Blakeand Denise De Rue. Mixing East and West, guests were also treated to surprise performances by Italian tenor Vittorio Grigolo, accompanied by pianist Vincenzo Scalero, and Beijing Opera stars Hongsong Dong, Yi Guo, and Hui Tian with violinist Mei Yang.
