Melissa Shoes Dadeland Mall Grand Opening

Miami, FL – October 24, 2015 – Melissa Shoes hosted a store-opening event to unveil Melissa’s fourth Miami retail location located within the Dadeland Mall. Founded in 1979, Melissa Shoes is recognized worldwide for its innovative work in fashion, art and design with development of its key raw material: plastic. Beginning in 1980, Melissa signed its first international partnership agreement with renowned fashion designer Jean Paul Gaultier, thus raising the bar of affordable luxury with the democratization of design. Guests mingled and enjoyed treats provided by Misha’s Cupcakes. Notable attendees included Adamari Lopez. Melissa donated 15% of all of the evening sales to Breast Cancer Research in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness month.
