Miami, FL – October 21, 2015 – Board-certified dermatologist, Leslie Baumann, M.D., a New York Times bestselling author, sought-after lecturer, world-renowned researcher and founder of Baumann Cosmetic & Research Institute (BCRI), opened up her practice for an evening of firming and fun for the BCRI Fall Shape-Up Event. Bringing together the latest treatments, including UltraShape®, Kybella™ and Ultherapy®, BCRI hosted more than 100 guests eager to learn about these technologies that melt fat and firm up skin to tone and tighten for Fall and beyond. Representatives from UltraShape, a new, non-invasive treatment that uses pulsed ultrasound to selectively target and destroy fat cells, and Ultherapy, a non-invasive procedure to lift the eyebrow, neck and under-chin and improve décolletage lines and wrinkles, were on hand demonstrating how the fat-blasting and skin-tightening treatments work. Additionally, Dr. Baumann shared information with partygoers about Kybella, a new injectable that banishes a double chin. Dr. Baumann was instrumental in the FDA approval of Kybella as Baumann Cosmetic & Research Institute was one of the few to participate in the FDA trials for the groundbreaking treatment. Guests had the opportunity to mix and mingle with Dr. Baumann and her staff while sipping wine and prosecco and sampling healthy bites from DeliverLean. Those attending the Shape-Up soiree had a chance to learn more about Miami Beach’s premier barre fitness studio, Barre Motion as well as GliSODin Skin Nutrients supplements that aid in detoxification.
