Armand de Brignac Champagne Private Dinner at Seaspice

Miami, FL – October 8, 2015 – Armand de Brignac Champagne introduced Miami to its full collection of luxury champagnes, including their two newest varietals, Blanc de Noirs and Demi Sec, at a private dinner at Seaspice. Guests were ushered to the restaurant’s intimate private dining room “The Modern Garden” and greeted with a glass of the collection’s signature cuvee, Armand de Brignac Brut Gold, along with passed canapes. After the guests were seated for their three course dinner, where Armand de Brignac CMO Bernadette Knight spoke of the background and history of the Armand de Brignac collection, as well as an overview of the tastings for the evening. She was joined by Jason Siedel, Regional Director of the brand. After a toast to the champagne tastings ahead, dinner began, with each Armand de Brignac varietal expertly paired with a select menu offering from Chef Benjamin Goldman. Guests were then treated to an exclusive tasting of the newest release from the collection, Armand de Brignac Blanc de Noirs, an incredibly limited varietal that makes it U.S. debut this month.
