Miami Beach, FL – September 28, 2015 – To celebrate Sobe Seafood Fesitval’s upcoming Chef Showdown, the festival hosted a sneak peek press conference to announce the upcoming battle competitions. Participating chefs and local media partners joined together at High Bar on the rooftop of the Dream Hotel, courtesy of Showdown host, Ralph Pagano of Naked Taco, and let’s just say, “the heat was on”. NBC 6’s Kelly Blanco and Erika Delgado were the official EMCEE’s for the “weigh in” and interviewed chefs live on stage giving guests an inside look into why they think they are going to win. The 2015 Chef Showdown features competitions in Shrimp, Tuna, Surf & Turf, Taco, Octopus, and the evening’s main event, Lobster, where Chef Ralph Pagano, owner of Naked Taco and also the event’s Master of Ceremonies, is paired against Miami Beach seafood master, Joe’s Stone Crab and Chef Andre Bienvenu.
