Miami Beach, FL – July 23, 2015 – Sunset Lounge at Mondrian featured its first pop-up, Momo Sushi Shack. The Michelin Guide-recommended Bushwick, Brooklyn-based Japanese restaurant – known for beautifully designed sushi, extensive vegetarian and vegan options, and heirloom ingredients – has collaborated with Mondrian’s Executive Chef Dustin Atoigue to re-create its celebrated menu at the bay front location. These savory bites will be available through October.
