Miami Beach, FL – July 19, 2015 – Guests and Residents of 1 Hotel & Homes South Beach were invited to reinvigorate the whole mind, body and spirit and feel alive with a relaxing Sunrise Yoga led by V Art of Wellness. The Rooftop location made for a perfect balancing spot for both experienced or beginner yogis while taking in the sweeping ocean views.
