Bal Harbour, FL – June 11, 2015 – Roger Vivier and Fashion Project in Bal Harbour Shops hosted an exciting FP:Talks event at Books & Books with Elizabeth Semmelhack, senior curator of the Bata Shoe Museum in Toronto. Semmelhack explored the fascinating history of one of the most complex forms of footwear worn today, the high heel, and how it came to be emblematic of femininity. Following the discussion, guests gathered for cocktails and light bites inside the Roger Vivier boutique. The event was hosted by Criselda Breene, John Lin, Daniela Swaebe, the Bass Museum of Art, Books & Books, Roger Vivier and Fashion Project.
