Miami, FL – June 10, 2015 – Brian Williams, managing director of Swire Hotels, Clare Laverty, director of marketing of Swire Hotels and Laurent Fraticelli, general manager of EAST, Miami welcomed leaders of industry, visiting members of the travel community, and Miami’s coolest creatives to a family style dinner under the stars at the EAST, Miami pre-opening office. The night began with a courtyard cocktail reception where guests toasted with EAST, Miami execs as they began to celebrate the countdown of their launch. Attendees mixed and mingled throughout the sales office and experienced several model showrooms of the state-of-the-art hotel rooms coming soon. Special guests included Lolo Sudarski, Nacho Vega, Walid and Susie Wahab, Alexander Mijares, Fabrice Tardieu, Iran Issa-Khan, Ken Cooney, Carlos Betancourt, Daniel Novela and Alan & Ruth Zelcer, to name a few. Afterward, guests were taken to the rooftop terrace, beautifully decorated with a garden canopy, to enjoy a dinner straight of the grill while taking in stunning views of the Magic City and Swire Properties Inc’s $1.05 billion mix-used development project in Brickell City Centre. EAST, Miami – the Brickell City Centre lifestyle hotel concept slated to be the first completed project—was lit with a batman style search light with the EAST logo. This memorable evening truly exemplified what EAST, Miami is all about.
