Miami Beach, FL – May 12, 2015 – 1 Hotel & Homes South Beach honored the design talent involved in creating the first property for the new mission-driven 1 Hotels brand with a cocktail party. The designers were tasked with bringing the brand’s vision of changing the world of hospitality through a socially and environmentally conscious platform in celebration of the beauty and preservation of nature to life. Each designer was in their respective public areas welcoming guests into the worlds of 1 Hotel & Homes they created. On the hotel end, 1 Hotel’s internal design team, Meyer Davis Studio, and Nikola Gradinski were on-hand to showcase the public spaces and rooftop designs. For the residential aspect, Brazilian architect and designer Debora Aguiar greeted guests in the residential lobby while the team also unveiled its two newly designed and outfitted model penthouse units by Samuel Amoia and Paulo Bacchi’s Artefacto.
