Key Biscayne, FL – April 30, 2015 – The work of Miami’s top philanthropists in awakening new possibilities for Miami’s kids were honored at the annual “Miracle Makers Luncheon and Fashion Show,” hosted by the Women’s Committee of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Miami, along with this year’s co-chairs Irene Korge, Bronwyn Miller, and Migna Sanchez-Llorens. The 15th annual Luncheon was held at the Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne. CBS4’s weekend news anchor Cynthia Demos served as “Mistress of Ceremonies.” The festivities included a cocktail reception, a luxury silent auction, and a luncheon, followed by a fashion show presented by internationally renowned designer Rene Ruiz. Master Celebrity Stylist Danny Jelaca was on heand styling the models’ hair, while international cosmetics brand OPI and their artists provided make-up. Guests also had the opportunity to “meet a match” and experience the life-changing impact of mentoring. Big Brothers Big Sisters was honored to collaborate with Selecta Magazine as this year’s media sponsor.
