Miami Beach, FL – April 21, 2015 – The ONE Group’s STK Miami said ‘Hello Again’ in a big way, with an exclusive grand re-opening celebration at its new venue in the 1 Hotel South Beach. The highly anticipated return of Miami’s favorite high-energy steakhouse, reminded guests of its distinctive hospitality, treating partygoers to a night filled with signature cocktails, delicious canapés, and exciting event activations. Upon entry to the striking new space, guests encountered an interactive photo-booth that projected partygoers pictures across the wall, as an homage to the restaurant’s oh-so-missed clientele. The invite-only soiree saw over 500 attendees, with notable VIPs such as Miami Heat players Chris Andersen ‘Birdman,’ Luol Deng, and Michael Beasley, along with Selita Ebanks, Taylor Dayne, and Dwayne Wade Senior. Drinks were flowing throughout the night, with cocktail favorites such as the not your daddy’s Manhattan, basil ’rita and cucumber stiletto. Executive chef Aaron Taylor dished out STK Miami’s signature offerings, including the infamous lil’ BRGs, refreshing ceviche, and a mini scrumptious banana cream pie. Additional activations included a personal engraving station, where guests were gifted with customized, stainless steel flasks, a pop-up tattoo parlor, and stellar performances to conclude the night. The vibe-driven restaurant, which artfully blends two concepts into one – a modern steakhouse and a chic lounge, created the perfect setting to celebrate the rebirth of a Miami staple.
