Miami, FL – April 16, 2015 – Last Thursday, Perez Art Museum Miami continued its new partnership with Poplife, masterminds behind Miami’s most sought-after and sold-out independent acts, to host PAMM Third Thursdays: Poplife Social, which will be held every third Thursday of the month through September. This month, visitors jammed out to the signature sound of veteran DJ and remix genius Jellybean Benitez. Special treats included happy hour drink specials, poetry-inspired art-making, a gallery scavenger hunt, and of course mouth watering strawberry and mango flavored “Poetry Pops,” each featuring two original poems, as part of the O, Miami Poetry Festival. PAMM Contemporaries enjoyed complimentary cocktails mixed by the AC Culturalist, from the much-anticipated AC Hotel Miami Beach, and were served Peroni beer as well at the Contemporaries Lounge. Guests were welcome to enjoy the newly opened exhibition Iman Issa: Heritage Studies and Project Gallery: Nicolas Lobo.
