After being greeted by Ugo Colombo (Developer & Founder of CMC Group), Vanessa Grout (President, CMC Real Estate) and Adriana Companet (Director of Sales, Brickell Flatiron), guests were treated to an authentic re-creation of an outdoor Italian market, enjoying fine native fare and lively entertainment. Brickell Flatiron comes to life with architecture by Luis Revuelta and public spaces designed by contemporary artist Julian Schnabel. Located at the heart of Miami’s vibrant Brickell neighborhood and steps from Mary Brickell Village and Brickell City Centre, the 64-story glass tower will be a chic urban oasis for its residents— boasting a rooftop amenities level including a rooftop pool, spa and fitness center. The beautiful and unique sales gallery—which doubles as a public art space—was designed by and features original works by Julian Schnabel. The gallery offers a glimpse into the highly anticipated Brickell Flatiron world, punctuated by Ugo Colombo’s signature premium Italian finishes and quality design sensibility.
