2015 YoungArts Miami Art, Design + Photography Exhibition Opening, Writers’ Readings, Film Screenings & Jazz Combo
Miami, FL – March 13, 2015 – The National YoungArts Foundation kicked off its YoungArts Miami exhibitions and performances with an Art, Design + Photography Exhibition Opening, Writers’ Readings, Film Screenings & Jazz Combo Performance on the YoungArts Campus. More than 400 attendees had the opportunity to check out local YoungArts Winners as they showcased their talent and creativity throughout the evening. These emerging artists were chosen from A pool of more than 11,000 applications from 15-18 old (or grades 10-12) artists from South Florida and around the country. They have been participating in Master Classes and workshops with renowned artists throughout the week, and will have chance to share their talents with the public all weekend. Among those in attendance were Paul Lehr, Zuzanna Szadkowski, Kristy Edmunds, Joan Lader, Michael McElroy, Naomi Fisher, Ron McCurdy, Robert Chambers, Paloma Soyka, Brian Ehrlich, Meredith “Moe” Brown, Willie Logan and Gay Gay Richie.
