Miami Beach, FL – February 28, 2015 – It was all about leaning out for a good cause as canine lovers untied at Reebok CrossFit Miami Beach to do some pull-ups for puppies. Hosted by Jamie’s Rescue, a local Miami organization dedicated to helping abandoned, abused, and neglected puppies & dogs, guests brought their furry friends along to be the sideline cheerleaders and watch their beloved owners do work. Attendees were also able to play with some of the latest puppies up for adoption, as well as purchase t-shirts to support the cause. CrossFit star Sadie Wells seemed to be the main attraction, doing a pull up for every donation made. All proceeds from the afternoon went to benefit Jamie’s Rescue.
