Miami, FL – February 27, 2015 – Miami’s finest and most beautiful people came out in droves to get a first glimpse of Coya –London’s famed Peruvian hotspot, and now one of Miami’s most hotly anticipated restaurant on every socialite and foodie’s radar. Guests were greeted into the Pisco Lounge with its soaring 20+ foot ceilings, Peruvian inspired décor, a live Latin band and a library wall installation featuring massive Pisco jars filled for the slow infusion process. As guests ventured further into the restaurant they discovered the main dining room filled with Peruvian antiques, a ceviche bar and custom designed cast iron gates with the Coya logo engraved. As the evening progressed, guests made way into the Members Lounge (a staple of the Coya concept) and enjoyed sounds by DJ Casinelli. Guests were treated to Coya’s incredible signature spicy Chili Margarita (rimmed with Cilantro salt) as well as a variety of Pisco cocktails. A selection of Coya’s fine cuisine was served including its best ceviches.
