Miami Beach, FL – June 28, 2010 – 12 local Mixologists went head to head in Gran Sierpe Pisco’s “Iron Chef” mixology competition at B Bar at The Betsy. Contestants were asked to create signature Gran Sierpe cocktails using one of two secret ingredients presented to them. These items included everything from ponzu sauce to chocolate bacon to garlic. Ultimately the four panelists, Gran Sierpe’s owner, Herbie Loebl, owner of The Workshop, Jourdan Binder, and Gabe Orta and Elad Zvi of BarLab, deemed DJ of Mercadito’s the winner of last night’s Gran Sierpe’s Iron Chef contest.
