Miami, FL – January 30, 2015 – Swire Properties Inc, one of South Florida’s leading international developers of urban real estate, announced the topping off of Brickell City Centre’s entire west block, the largest of the three blocks that make up the master-planned mixed-use development’s 5.4 million square feet. With the majority of the project topped off, Brickell City Centre is on schedule for completion beginning end of 2015. Following the mornings topping off ceremony and luncheon, more than 200 of the project’s top-preforming brokers gathered later in the day to celebrate the upward momentum of the project. Brickell City Centre continues to race upwards, with the project’s second condominium tower, REACH, set to top off in February.
