Fort Lauderdale, FL – December 11, 2014 – Forre & Co Fine Art Gallery has recently presented the haunting and provocative artwork of international award winning artist, author and educator, Mahi Binebine. In collaboration with Business for the Arts Broward and the Museum of Art Fort Lauderdale (MOAFL), Forre & Co hosted an artist’s lecture and panel discussion with Binebine led by Barbara Buhler Lynes, Senior Curator at MOAFL. Binebine discussed his latest body of work, which reflects his experiences, both looking homeward as an immigrant but also outward as an observer of the human condition. Guests were also given the opportunity to chat with the artist himself.
