Miami, FL – December 6, 2014 – ArtTable members from around the nation gathered for cocktails and listened as artist Paula Crown discussed the creative initiative behind TRANSPOSITION: Over Many Miles, her innovative piece that debuted in the Miami Design District. The installation is sited on a 3,200 square feet of constructed flooring based on a landscape drawing and features an interactive sculpture fabricated in collaboration with Theaster Gates’ Studio, and the Design Apprenticeship Program at the Arts Incubator at the University of Chicago in Washington Park.
