Miami, FL – December 4, 2014 – CANVAS Miami Condos, located in the heart of Miami’s burgeoning Arts + Entertainment District, celebrated the Institute of Contemporary Art, Miami during an intimate, invite-only event on Thursday evening. The event was co-hosted by CANVAS developer, NR Investments, as well as SHFT.com co-founders, Adrian Grenier and Peter Glatzer, and honored artist Pedro Reyes. The evening hosted a chic art crowd and featured a special acoustic performance by Brooklyn-based rock band, The Skins, as well as lively beats by Grammy nominated DJ, Mr. Pauer. In 2015, NR Investments will break ground on CANVAS, a 513-unit property located at 90 NE 17 Street. Standing 37 stories tall, CANVAS will offer fully furnished units for discerning buyers, who are passionate about culture, community, arts and entertainment, eclectic dining and retail options, and luxury with a twist. The new development will perfectly complement NR Investment’s existing Filling Station Lofts, an 81-unit “true loft” residential building located at 1657 North Miami Avenue.
