Miami, FL – November 1, 2014 – SMG Management, W Capital Group and Shamrock Holdings hosted the unveiling celebration of L’Atelier Residences, a boutique luxury residential development in Miami Beach currently being envisioned on the site of the former Golden Sands Hotel. The design-focused soiree took place in the Miami Design District at Holly Hunt Miami, featuring Holly Hunt’s industry-leading forefront showrooms and L’Atelier’s timeless blueprint impressions. Over 200 guests attended the event, including the project’s acclaimed designers and architects, as well as Miami Beach Mayor Philip Levine. Evening hosts Meir Srebernik, Yair Wolff and Orit Srebernik welcomed guests and allured them towards project renderings. During the event, Mayor Levine recognized the project developers’ footprint and economic impact on Miami Beach and introduced the guests of honor: acclaimed interior designer Holly Hunt, world-renowned project landscape architect Enzo Enea and famed project architect Luis Revuelta. Throughout the evening attendees were regaled by an artist capturing L’Atelier’s excellent craftsmanship and exquisite finishes in a beautiful sketch. Guests were also serenaded by a live jazz band while touring Holly Hunt Miami’s luxury showrooms showcasing custom made products including indoor and outdoor furniture, lighting, rugs, textiles and leathers. Amidst the jazz music, tours and luxury residence discourse, guests indulged in original French delicacies and an array of cheese selections coupled with the evening’s signature cocktails, an Old Fashioned and a French 57.  The night concluded with party favors consisting of L’Atelier’s custom-made tote, brochure, Holly Hunt catalog and look book and L’Atelier branded macaroons.
