Miami, FL – October 25, 2014 – Those who were looking to add a new piece to their art collection made their way to Miami’s longest-running alternative art space, Locust Projects on Saturday as they held their annual Smash & Grab fundraiser. The concept of the fundraiser pretty much go like this, everyone receives a raffle ticket and depending on when your ticket is called is when you can choose which art piece to grab. Of course, the sooner you’re called the more selection you will have to choose from. The energy was high as attendees ran around choosing from an array of works from local and international artists. Best part? Nobody went home empty handed! The funds from Smash & Grab go toward Locust Projects, which supports local artists.
