I Love Lucy at Arsht Center

Miami, FL – September 30, 2014 – Adapted from the most beloved program in television history, I Love Lucy® Live On Stage is the latest hit stage show to make its way to the Adrienne Arsht Center and it is taking Miami by storm. On Tuesday evening, guests poured into the theater to catch America’s favorite foursome – Lucy, Ricky, Fred and Ethel live on stage and were transported to 1952, where they were truly able to feel like a member of the studio audience awaiting the filming of two hilarious and oh-so-familiar I Love Lucy® episodes. Throughout the show guests witnessed, firsthand, the side-splitting antics of that crazy redhead in the Ricardo’s New York apartment and the sweet Cuban sounds of “The Ricky Ricardo Orchestra” at the famed Tropicana Nightclub. In-between scenes? The Crystaltone Singers performed live advertising jingles of the show’s newest sponsors in perfect 50s style harmony.
