Miami Beach, FL – September 8, 2014 – Estrella Damm, the Beer of Barcelona, hosted the world’s most award-winning chef and Executive Chef of elBulli, Ferran Adrià on Monday evening as he presented Creativity in the Art of Food, an exploratory discussion of innovation in the culinary world. This exclusive presentation at The Bazaar at SLS South Beach kicked off with a presentation by Ferran Adrià, who shared his experiences about the renowned elBulli restaurant he oversaw in Spain, as well as discussing his vision on tapas, and elBulli’s future. Following the presentation, guests dined on a mouth-watering tapas dinner created by The Bazaar’s Executive Chef José Andrés, bringing a bit of Barcelona to Miami.
