Miami Beach, FL – July 19, 2014 – Fashionistas and festies flocked to Soho Beach House’s OCHO for SELF Magazine’s Music Fest party during Miami swim week. The sunset rooftop festival featured special guest DJ Alexandra Richards and celebrated the Condé Nast magazine’s July music issue, which shares the gorgeous globetrotting model/deejay’s best beauty tips. Presented by essie, Michelob ULTRA and Nivea, guests including SELF’s Vice President and Publisher Mary Murcko and ET’s Rocsi Diaz snacked on glow-in-the-dark festival fare as they enjoyed poolside performances from indie rockers Wild Cub, hot DJs Ess & Emm and electric pop duo ASTR. In between snapping pics and pinning them up at the SELFie station, attendees sipped on ice cold Michelob ULTRA and essie’s signature passed cocktails inspired by the new summer nail colors like haute in the heat and urban jungle. Offerings also included Whispering Angel rose, 42Below vodka, SELF Music Fest Coconut Cartel coconuts and Aquacai water. Like any classic music fest, the crowd came dressed to the nines, enhancing their bohemian looks with glow-in-the dark face paint from the event’s on-site artist. Departing guests left with a SELF gift bag complete with the essie summer polish collection and Nivea Q10 Skin Firming Hydration body lotion, as well as inspiration for their summer playlists.
