Miami, FL – May 21, 2014 – It was a meeting of the minds on Wednesday evening as Fortis Developments hosted Miami’s top brokers at Shikany, Wynwood’s hottest new restaurant. Guests enjoyed delectable molecular gastronomy dishes and fine wine while being introduced to the next best thing to hit Miami, 250 Wynwood, the neighborhood’s first residential live/work condominium building in a decade. A beautiful setting for a lovely evening, only one block from where the project will stand. The response from the brokers was incredible, and a fabulous evening was had by all.
