Miami Beach, FL – February 27, 2011 – Sunday evening guests joined Food Network‘s resident culinary rockstar, Guy Fieri, as he closed out the Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival’s 10th Anniversary in big style with Guy’s BIG Beach Bar & Grill. Set beachside at the Gansevoort Hotel, this off-the-hook bash featured BIG FOOD, BIG FUN and the rockin’ BIG SOUNDS of LA’s infamous DJ Cobra. The Festival’s BIG 10 wrapped up in true Fieri-style with Guy and his Kulinary Krew cookin’ up BIG FLAVORS in exciting culinary stations and mixin’ up big signature cocktails with Zignum Mezcal and Tito’s Homemade Vodka. This one-night-only trip through Flavortown also included bites from hot spots like STK and Cheeseme as well as very special surprise flavor bombs from South Florida’s own stars of Food Network’s Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives. Guests had an amazing time at the closing event, and all were in favor that Guy and the Krew blew the doors off of the BIG 10!
