III Points 2014 Music Lineup Announced

Miami, FL – May 21, 2014 – After iiiPoints‘ huge success last year, it only seemed fitting that it would evolve into an even bigger and better festival for 2014. Come October 10-12, Wynwood Art District will drench itself in a three day experience of counterculture wrapped up in discussions, panels, concerts, and art exhibits for the second annual iiiPoints festival. This one-of-a-kind interactive art, music, and technology fete, put together by Amir Ben-Zion, Erica Freshman, David Sinopoli and the record label Young Turks (label behind the xx and SBTRKT), can be considered one of the most stimulating events Miami has to offer. Highlighting local and national talent to perform, discuss and interact, it’s basically one massive celebration of creative minds and we can’t wait to dive into it. What can we expect during epic weekend include? Impressive music performances, film screenings, art, installations, and of course, some killer parties. Get ready to jam out to the talents of Flying Lotus, Jamie Jones, Lykke Li, Duke Dumont, Metronomy, Tiga, Jamie xx, and Hot Natured just to name a few.

As we reflect on last year’s admirable debut, we can’t help but think about how amazing it was to see Wynwood become more than just a hipster stomping ground; truly transforming into a cultural hub. Between musical acts like Yacht, Jamie xx, DJ Shadow, and James Murphy and amazing art exhibits by Agustina Woodgate, Sleeper, Typoe, and Twinhaus, there was plenty to keep the eyes, ears and mind intrigued. After indulging in last year’s festivities, we are ready to experience all of the new and exciting things the 2014 iii Points festival has in store.
