Miami Beach, FL – February 25, 2011 – Non-stop dance action and an endless supply of buns, dumplings and spring rolls built the essence of this late-night rockin’ good time at the Setai. This clever combination of Chinese small bites, or dim sum, and the big sounds of DJ-spun 70’s and 80’s disco music enchanted revelers with a full-flavored, full-body experience. Fusion-forward Chef Ming Tsai masterminded the goodies at the stylish Setai, an elegant setting in which the Asian traditions of simplicity and grace blended together perfectly. The beat went on and on while the tantalizing treats kept guests even more enthralled throughout the evening.
