deadmau5 at Ice Palace Studios

If you were able to catch deadmau5’s infamous Twitter meltdown after his performance at Mansion back in January, then you know things weren’t looking good for Miami party goers. After several angry tweets from deadmau5 about how everyone near the DJ booth seemed more interested in playing with their phones than enjoying the music he promised to never play another show in Miami. Space decided to extend an olive branch, asking Joel to play for his real fans for free at the venue, saying the club would cover all his expenses up to $25,000. deadmau5 quickly agreed to the deal, going as far as asking for a larger venue. The all-access show will have a capacity big enough to fit 4,000 of deadmau5’s die-hard followers. The only charge of the event was a $1 processing fee and all the proceeds were donated to the Miami Children’s Hospital. So, if you were lucky enough to snag a free ticket then get your ears ready because it will all be going down this Saturday at Ice Palace Studios in downtown Miami.
