Chinese New Year Celebration at Fontainebleau

Miami Beach, FL – January 31, 2014 – To welcome the year of the horse, the Fontainebleau hosted a Chinese New Year celebration on Friday night that at the award-winning modern Chinese restaurant Hakkasan. As part of the official celebration, the restaurant offered a special family-style prix-fixed menu as well as a beautiful traditional Dragon Dance that went throughout the restaurant and hotel.
