Eleuthera, BS – December 31, 2013 – Far away from all of Miami’s flashy New Years Eve madness was a much smaller, intimate celebration where some chose to ring in 2014. Located on the island of Eleuthera in the Bahamas, The Cove, an exclusive up-scale resort, provided a luxurious dinner party on the beach hosted by Sidney Torres, the owner of the breathtaking resort. Guests started the evening off with a delicious meal prepared by the hotels head chefs Ronnie Jariyawiriya & Jeffrey Pandolfe. Following the meal, the crowd headed outside on the beach to enjoy sounds by an upbeat local Bahamian band, which had everyone on their feet dancing under the stars all night long. As the clock struck 12, party goers toasted to the new year and enjoyed a magical firework show overlooking the island.
