Bal Harbour, FL – December 10, 2013 – Kicking the evening off with an art-themed party, Oceana Bal Harbour celebrated the opening of its sales center showroom, in conjunction with Consultatio, an Argentinian-based development company. With more than 300 guests in attendance, the “Art in Bal Harbour,” themed-soiree introduced buyers, brokers and influencers to Oceana Bal Harbour, the luxury beachfront high-rise that will feature two Jeff Koons sculptures in its breezeway. To know the building more intimately, a film preview was shown detailing the creation of Oceana Bal Harbour and included interviews with Consultatio founder and art collector, Eduardo Costantini, and key partners Koons, Bernardo Fort-Brescia, Piero Lissoni and Enzo Enea. The film was presented alongside a scale model of the development, which showed the designs of world-renowned Bernardo Fort-Brescia of Arquitectonica with interiors by acclaimed Italian architect Piero Lissoni and landscaping by Enzo Enea, The luxury living space, slated for completion in 2016, will bring 240 new luxury residences to Bal Harbour with prices ranging from $2 million to $30 million.

Once the introduction was made, guests, Costantini, Marcos Corti Maderna, Edgardo Defortuna, Bal Harbour Mayor Jean Rosenfield, Councilman Martin Packer, Councilwoman Patricia Cohen and Cheryl Stephenson of Bal Harbour Shops, were entertained by the live music of Soul Gate Productions and sipped cocktails and enjoyed hors d’oeuvres provided by Lyon + Lyon. Signature libations and desserts were inspired by Pluto and Proserpina and Ballerina, the Koons’ pieces that will soon call Oceana Bal Harbour home.
