Miami Beach, FL – December 4, 2013- An unexpected shark attack took the MAPS Backlot by storm during Art Basel Miami Beach when Kristian Schmidt presented “Whale Shark Series” at the Wynwood spot. The two-time Grammy award winning director/producer/photographer celebrated the opening reception and exhibition of the series on Wednesday night.

It was an excellent turnout and a star-studded bash. Celebs like Richard Branson, Zoe Kravitz, Gerard Butler, Stephen Dorff, Jeremy Dawson (of Shiny Toy Guns), models Anexxandra Pozzi and Adrien Lic, Sophia Amoruso (of Nasty Gal) and DJ Ruckus celebrated at the event.
