Miami Beach, FL – January 10, 2011 – On Monday night, the girls broke out their mama’s Halston, because Mokai was partying like it was 1977 with the launch of Lik My Disko. With sounds by DJ Five, Mokai kicked it like the days when The Love Boat ruled the small screen, sequins lit up the streets, and Diana Ross‘ “Love Hangover” was never ending. Not since Bianca rode in on her white horse had dance been so decadent, and Mokai brought it all back with disco balls, bubbles and glitter galore, shirtless bartenders, roller girls, visual tributes to Warhol, Capote, Liza and our their own white disko donkeys. The spirit of “clams on the half shell and rollerskates” lived on at Mokai Monday!
