Miami Beach, FL – December 1, 2010 – The Bass Museum of Art and PUMA Creative present the U.S. premiere of Isaac Julien‘s nine-screen, interactive installation, Ten Thousand Waves. The film, which was shot on location in China, links stories of China’s ancient past and present. Other films and photograph’s from Julien’s earlier series, Baltimore, Vagabondia and Paradise Omeros, are also on display. The exhibition is open to the public from December 2, 2010 to March 6, 2011.
