Miami, FL – January 11, 2025 – YoungArts hosted their annual Miami Gala at the Rubell Museum this past Saturday, celebrating the culmination of National YoungArts Week and highlighting YoungArts’ efforts to bring vital career-long support to more artists throughout the country.

At the gala, renowned dancer Misty Copeland was honored with the prestigious Arison Award due to her groundbreaking contributions to diversity in dance. The evening, emceed by Tony Award nominee Lorna A. Courtney, featured a series of performances directed by YoungArts alum Caleb Teicher.

Set against Miami’s vibrant arts scene, the gala was an unforgettable celebration of artistry, community, and philanthropy.
