Miami, FL – December 30, 2024 – This winter, Miami’s premier pop-up dining experience, Gold Standard, has found a new home at the exclusive Bath Club in Miami Beach, offering an unparalleled Japanese Omakase journey just in time for high season.
Known for its intimate 16-course meals crafted by acclaimed sushi chefs Ronnie Jariyawiriyaonnie and Soren Mendoza, Gold Standard blends fresh, seasonal ingredients from Japan with sophisticated pairings of sake, whiskey, and cocktails.
With a team consisting of co-creators Bill Spector, Gil Elbaz and Anthony Romano, the Gold Standard concept was seeded in 2019 at the luxurious Versace Mansion in a private lounge, where for two years the partners perfected the art of Omakase. Gold Standard officially launched in the fall of 2021 at Soho Beach House, followed by a stint at the Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour in the spring of 2022, the St. Regis Bal Harbour in the winter of 2023, and Whitman’s the spring of 2024.
Now, Gold Standard has taken up residency in The Bath Club’s historic Parlor Room with only 10 seats per night, offering a rare chance to experience one of Miami’s most iconic venues.
Reservations are available Wednesday through Saturday via Resy, with pricing starting at $165 per person.
