Born in the heart of Mexico City as a contemporary Latin American concept, RosaNegra’s vision has always been to create an unforgettable experience that blends delicious food, exceptional service, and an electrifying atmosphere where every moment feels extraordinary.

“It’s a place where guests feel not just welcomed, but so delighted and inspired that they return time and again, sharing their experiences with others,” shares Eduardo Beaven, CEO and Founder of Grupo RosaNegra.

“Brickell was a natural choice for RosaNegra’s U.S. debut,e mbracing the vibrant, cosmopolitan energy that aligns perfectly with the brand,” Eduardo continues. The new locale occupies a 13,600-square-foot space inside the Dua Miami hotel, featuring both indoor and outdoor dining areas and a speakeasy-style bar.

Designed by Clavel Arquitectos and Eduardo Beaven, the space seamlessly blends natural elements with contemporary design, featuring warm tones, wooden ceilings, and expansive windows fill the dining area with natural light. On the menu, guests can expect items that span through various Latin American countries, with influences from Mexico, Peru, Argentina, Colombia, and Brazil, amongst others.

“The Burrata & Mole is a perfect harmony of creamy and smoky flavors, while the Tuna Tartare offers a fresh and vibrant twist — The Chicharrón de la Ramos is a crowd favorite,” shares Eduardo.

WRE: You have many locations in Mexico. Why did you choose Brickell for your U.S. debut?

EB: Brickell was a natural choice for RosaNegra’s U.S. debut because it embodies the vibrant, cosmopolitan energy that aligns perfectly with our brand. As Miami’s bustling financial and cultural hub, Brickell’s dynamic atmosphere and diverse community make it an ideal location to introduce our contemporary Latin American concept to the U.S. market.

WRE: Can you tell us about some signature dishes that guests must try?

EB: The Burrata & Mole is a perfect harmony of creamy and smoky flavors, while the Tuna Tartare offers a fresh and vibrant twist. The Chicharrón de la Ramos is a crowd favorite. For those who love hearty mains, the Orzo Pasta with Ribs is a must try. And of course, no visit is complete without the iconic Chocolate Sphere—a show-stopping dessert that has become one of the most photographed and shared dishes in Mexico, offering a sweet finale that’s as visually stunning as it is delicious.

WRE: Are there any special events or collaborations planned for the near future?

EB: Absolutely! This week, we’re kicking off with two spectacular grand opening events, setting the stage for what’s to come at RosaNegra Miami. Following that, we’re diving into the holiday season with an unforgettable NYE celebration.

WRE: Do you plan to expand the Rosa Negra concept to other U.S. locations?

EB: Absolutely, expanding the RosaNegra concept to other U.S. locations has always been part of our vision. We’re actively exploring prime markets that align with our brand’s vibrant and luxurious ethos. While we’re focused on making our Brickell debut unforgettable, we’re also excited to share details about future locations as plans come to fruition. Stay tuned!

WRE: You have many other concepts in Mexico. Are there plans to bring them to Miami?

EB: RosaNegra being our flagship restaurant was the natural choice to lead our entry into the U.S. market, setting the stage for what’s to come. However, it’s just the beginning. We have a portfolio of highly successful concepts in Mexico that we’re confident will captivate U.S markets.
