Guided by Jared Bistrong, Lex Schmidt, and Sofi Dias, attendees embarked on a rejuvenating journey with live drumming, guided meditation, and breathwork.

The air filled with ancient melodies from flutes, didgeridoos, and African harps, inviting all to release old patterns and welcome transformative energies.
