WRE News: Casa Cipriani Brings Exclusive Club & Condo Living to Miami Beach

Miami, FL – November 19, 2024 – Casa Cipriani is bringing its signature blend of luxury and exclusivity to Miami Beach, marking the brand’s second residential project in the city.

The renowned private club and hotel has announced they will be opening a 17-story oceanfront development at 3611 Collins Avenue, just north of the Faena district.

The project, a collaboration between the Cipriani family,  13th Floor Investments, and Midtown Equities, will feature 40 hotel rooms, 23 high-end condo units, and a members-only club, promising a new level of sophistication in the city’s luxury real estate and hospitality scene.
