Miami, FL – November 12, 2024 – Two towering additions may soon reshape the Wynwood skyline: Ultimate Equity has proposed Ultimate Wynwood, a development that features a pair of 36-story towers reaching 395 feet and houses 1,300 residential units, designed by architect Kobi Karp. As part of Florida’s Live Local Act, over 40% of the units will be income-restricted, including 524 micro-units between 300 and 375 square feet to support affordable housing. Additional offerings include 456 studios, 285 one-bedroom units, and a limited number of two and three-bedroom options.

The project will also include 21,601 square feet of commercial space and parking for 1,099 vehicles, with both underground and multi-level parking and developers requesting a 30% parking waiver to optimize space.

A review of the plans is set for November 18 before the Wynwood Design Review Committee.
