Miami, FL – November 1, 2024 – Amazon could be the next major tech company to land in Wynwood, adding to Amazon’s growing presence in Miami, where founder Jeff Bezos moved a year ago.
The e-commerce giant is reportedly in discussions to lease between 60,000 and 80,000 square feet of office space at Wynwood Plaza, a new, mixed-use development set to open in 2025. The new space is part of a 266,000-square-foot Class AAA office tower designed by Gensler, featuring top-notch amenities and technology.
Wynwood Plaza Residences will also offer 509 luxury apartments, 32,000 square feet of retail space with outdoor dining options, and a half-acre outdoor plaza designed by James Corner Field Operations, marking it as one of Miami’s largest public plazas. The project is a collaboration by L&L Holding Company, Oak Row Equities, Shorenstein Properties, and Claure Group, with plans to establish Claure’s headquarters in the new office space.
