Miami, FL – October 30, 2024 – Santander Bank US has secured a deal with Miami-Dade County to provide utilities to its upcoming 765-foot Santander Tower, moving forward with the development.

The 41-story building will feature 635,000 square feet of office space, 60,000 square feet of retail, a 50,000-square-foot restaurant, and a 20,000-square-foot fitness center, reflecting Santander’s investment in a multi-functional urban hub. Designed by Handel Architects alongside Bernardi & Peschard Arquitectura, the tower will also include 1,496 parking spaces.
