WRE News: Neymar Fuels Inter Miami Rumors with $26 Million Waterfront Property Purchase

Miami, FL – October 27, 2024 – Brazilian soccer star Neymar Jr has purchased a waterfront lot in Miami for $26 million, fueling speculation that he could soon be joining Inter Miami CF.

The property, located in the upscale gated community of Bal Harbour, spans 0.63 acres and includes 150 feet along the Intracoastal Waterway. The purchase also comes with approved plans for a 13,000-square-foot residence designed by London-based firm Elicyon Ltd.
While the property was last listed for $28.5 million, Neymar reportedly bought it for slightly less from Bent Philipson, a New York-based entrepreneur.

If Neymar, who currently plays for Saudi Pro League’s Al Hilal, were to join Inter Miami, it would reunite him with former Barcelona teammates Lionel Messi and Luis Suárez. Though Neymar hasn’t confirmed the rumors, the purchase aligns with his reported interest in Miami’s privacy and luxury lifestyle.
